SER LTD SMILE REWARDS PROGRAM
Clients and Customers earn points plus tons of perks with every purchase of luxury art. Restrictions apply, smile rewards program points can and will only be applied to all luxury art within the main Ecommerce gallery shop. The Ohio Governor’s Exhibit artwork is excluded from the smile rewards program, money reward points accrued cannot be applied towards the III Series Money Folded Twin Tower Art Deco Triptych Mixed Media Painting. Additionally, the “gifts” handmade bookmarks and offline custom commission requests are excluded from online points accrued as well. Art Collector Rewards Program points are restricted and shall only be applied to art within the main gallery online at s-e-r.us

FINDING THE PRODUCT
By using the menus on the top of the site select the GALLERY tab; where you can browse the SER exclusive art collection. Find the art you would like to purchase, and then add the items of your choice to the shopping cart. To view details about any specific art, click on the image of the art, which will zoom into the item's product detail page. Here you can find detailed product information such as: dimensions, text description, and additional images.
USING THE SHOPPING CART
To add art to your shopping cart, from the product details page, select the desired quantity of the item you desire to purchase, and click "Add to Cart". While in your shopping cart, you can edit or remove the quantity at any time. Remember, by clicking on cart in the upper right-hand corner of the screen, you may review your shopping cart at any time. This allows you to add, change, or delete items whenever you like. Simply click on the "cart" button in the top right hand corner.

CHECKING OUT
When you're ready to complete your order, be sure to review all of the items you've placed in your shopping cart. To checkout, follow the instructions on the screen to finalize your order. An invoice automatically is forwarded via email after an official eCommerce purchase.

PAYMENT METHOD
S-E-R.US accepts PayPal payments. With PayPal, you can send payment quickly and securely on-line. Through PayPal, you can pay with credit card, debit card, or bank account balance. Once your order is submitted, you will be redirected to PayPal's site where you could make the payment. Advantages with using PayPal: Payment is traceable. You can trace the status of your payment using your PayPal account. S-E-R.US doesn't receive your credit card number or bank information (it is safely encrypted through PayPal's server), which limits the risk of unauthorized use.

ONLINE TRANSACTION SAFETY
At SER we work hard to provide a safe and convenient online shopping experience for our customers. SER is a secure website. When you purchase an exclusive collection of art with SER, our online payment gateway is secure and safe enabling internet merchants to make online payments via PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Credit Card, etc the payment gateway SSL technology which provides the complex infrastructure and security necessary to ensure secure, fast purchases.
SHIPPING AND BILLING
Shipping and handling is a twenty-five dollar flat-rate fee to cover each package weight on all online merchandise within the (USA) Unites States and internationally. Online merchants should review their shipping and/or billing information during checkout, please be sure to select your country (and or state) the shipping and billing address must be entered accurately. Only selected countries outside of the region of Ohio within the United States shall be charged sales tax. SER accepts the following payment methods: PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, etc.

ORDER COMPLETION & CANCELLATION
Be sure to review all of the information that you have provided, and make any necessary changes before placing your order. Please make sure your order is accurate before submitting it for processing to avoid any delays. Once you complete your order, you will see a thank you for shopping with us message. Also, please allow up to 1-3 business days for your order to be processed. Your order will be shipped after the transaction payment is complete and impending via PayPal. Please note that if you need to change or cancel an order, you must do so within 24 hours of placing the order. SER will not accept order cancellation request(s) if the order(s) have already been shipped.

RETURN POLICY
SER is committed to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase; SER has never had a dissatisfied or displeased customer in the entire SER business history. However if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product for store credit/exchange, no refunds. Proof of purchase, such as a copy of the original sales receipt or packing slip invoice, is required for store/credit. Store Credit/Exchange Requirements:
1. All items must be returned in same condition they were sent. They must not be defected, have any imperfections, soiled in any way, marked, or damaged.
2. All art MUST be in perfect resale condition.
3. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange of any item that does not meet our exchange policy standards.
4. In the event that the returned item does not meet our inspection standards upon our retrieval, you will not receive the store credit.
5. Customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the order back.
6. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
7. No exchanges/store credit on international orders.

SHIPPING POLICIES
All shipping is for in-stock merchandise. Properly packed to ensure a safe delivery by UPS, shipping is processed after your payment has cleared. Customers will be provided with a tracking number via UPS. Insurance plus declared value is included on all shipments of SER luxury goods. Shipping turnaround time can vary depending on our current order queue. Contact UPS regarding an estimated or accurate turnaround shipping time-frame for additional questions. Shipping is open to the United States of America, and International merchants are welcome. Shipping orders are sent out as UPS ground/standard shipping on all orders within the United States. Standard: UPS Ground delivery in 3-7 business days. Please use the guide below to estimate delivery times. A business day is considered to be Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders are processed and shipped 1-3 business days after the order is placed. International shipment delivery turn around time will vary based on each countries geographical location.

Don't see what you're looking for? Then let us know & we will create you a custom original painting! Custom commission paintings will vary in price depending upon on the complexity of the composition such as size and detail, and will be completed only through written agreement, by using a legal business commission contract form. (CCC) Client Custom Commission pieces are made to order just for you created by Commission Artist Denise Lancaster. Because of the unique design, it may take sufficient time to create and deliver – and it’s very much worth the wait, promise guaranteed! (CCC’s) are created on a first come first serve basis.

SER LTD will not create art & design (CCC) Client Custom Commission(s) that depicts the following: vulgar, profane, profanity, nakedness, alcohol, drugs, murder, violence, weapons, gory imagery, sexual content, sexually explicit, and inappropriate material.
